Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchisee Relations: Assist in handling franchisee inquiries and concerns related to availability of stocks, purchase order, stores, policies, procedures, and conflict resolution
  • Franchisee Engagement: Assist in the education of newly onboarded franchisees, especially in relation to BigBrew’s ordering processes, tools, payment methods, delivery options, and other best practices.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for franchisees to get the latest information on engagement-related rules and policies, announcements, and memorandums.
  • Franchisee Support: Provide general administrative support to the Client Management department and management as needed.
  • Other Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Head

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATIONS: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • TRAINING: NONE
  • EXPERIENCE: At least 0-1 year of experience in sales, marketing, specifically in customer-service (internships or relevant experience are acceptable)
  • SKILLS : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
