DATA ANALYST

Location: BIGBREW MAIN OFFICE, MALABON

Job Description:

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel to present findings of discrepancies between purchase and monthly sales data for Big Brew stores.
Problem-Solving: Use analytical skills to solve data and record challenges and answer key questions from our franchisees.
Forecasting: Assist in developing forecasts and models to help predict future departmental outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide them with the necessary information to achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven excellence in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI) is a plus.
A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
