Job Description:
- 1. JOB OVERVIEW
- The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of employee relations, engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and end-to-end recruitment processes. This role supervises assigned HR staff and ensures alignment with the company's values, policies, and strategic goals. The HR Supervisor also supports the HR Head in implementing initiatives and completing other HR-related tasks as needed.
- 2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 2.1 Supervision and Leadership:
- Supervise and guide Recruitment, Onboarding-Off boarding, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement staff.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, direction, and support.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure timely placement of candidates.
- 2.2 Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee smooth onboarding of new hires including orientation and documentation.
- Supervise overbidding processes such as exit interviews, clearance, and final documentation.
- 2.3 Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Supervise and monitor employee concerns, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs and morale-boosting activities.
- 2.4 Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and submit updates directly to the HR Head.
- 2.5 Administrative Support:
- Assist the HR Head in the execution of HR projects, programs, and initiatives
- Perform other HR-related tasks and duties assigned by the HR Head.
Qualifications:
- Educations : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Training : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Skills : - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- - In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law, standard HR practices and employee relations practices.
