FRANCHISEE MARKETING SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to the franchisee inquiries and provide timely support on concerns relevant to BigBrew's marketing initiatives.
Design and develop marketing materials, including posters, flyers and brochures.
Assist in the franchisees' efforts to manage their social media presence and create engaging content.
Oversee the production of all BigBrew marketing collateral, both for internal and franchisee use.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication or any related field.
EXPERIENCE: At least 0-1 year of experience in marketing, graphic design, store design or internship relevant experience is acceptable.
SKILLS: Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop and other design software.
Familiarity with Facebook Meta page functionalities and other social media platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet editors such as Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
Knowledgeable about Google Drive and other cloud-based storage solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
